ESAR Home Care has successfully achieved and maintains certification for an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

The provision of administration, rostering, coordination, work health and safety, and training to enable Home and Community Care services (including personal care, respite, shopping, transportation, domestic assistance and residential cleaning) across metropolitan South Australia and Barossa Valley region.

The ISO standards are designed to assist organisations in meeting the needs of their clients and stakeholders through the effective implementation of total Quality Management principles and processes. The standards ensure that communication with clients is open, focussed and provides ongoing opportunities to regularly review service performance through appropriate feedback mechanisms, assisting with continual improvement processes.

Our Quality Management System consists of four main manuals (Quality Manual, Policy & Procedure Manual, Occupational Health Safety & Welfare (OHS&W) Manual and Environmental Management Manual) which play an integral role in communicating ESAR Home Care’s guidelines on service delivery, induction and training of staff, on-going Audits and Reviews and continuous improvement strategies, all of which enable us to maintain the high quality of service we offer our clients.

ESAR Home Cares Quality objectives are to:
